I find the on line format very good both for making appointments and for repeat prescriptions. Not easy to get through by phone! My husband and I both see Dr.Andy Starling who is excellent. I have also seen Dr.Moon who is most helpful too. The Reception staff are most pleasant and have gone to great lengths to help over prescriptions etc.

Been back 3 times to sort out a prescription and still Not sorted, Couldnt organise a P--S up in a brewery. Not happy.....

I booked an appointment for an Flu jab and when I when in to see the nurse she said I could not have one as I did not meet the requirements,as I was not over 65 and that I did not have any medical condition.why was I not ask these questions when making the appointment,it seem that you like to waste my time and there staff time,I think your staff need to ask these questions when some one make a appointment

I should like to praise the receptionist who went beyond the call of duty this afternoon to help me obtain a repeat prescription when I had forgotten to reorder. It was my fault totally but she went away and obtained the prescription and necessary signature within minutes. The pharmacist then dispensed my tablets almost immediately. I was in and out of the building within 20 minutes. Such a kind and efficient service - many thanks.

Lovely reception staff, lovely staff on 1st floor (repeat prescriptions). Not had a problem with appointments but I use the online format when not urgent for the same day.
